What personal data is collected and why
Start Up client forms
Personal information provided in these initial start up forms are only used to interact with you as a client for coaching and healing services. After you submit your form, it is received by myself, Tina Cornish via email and downloaded. Information is retained offline in private and confidential client files. They are never shared with a third-party. In certain circumstances completion of these forms are shared between the sub-domains (beaware.tinacornish.co.za, soultour.tinacornish.co.za, transformtoday.tinacornish.co.za) and remain with Tina Cornish.
When you leave comments on my sites (tinacornish.co.za/beaware.tinacornish.co.za/soultour.tinacornish.co.za/transformtoday.tinacornish.co.za) data is automatically collected in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to this website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
When you use the contact form with questions or comments in the contact form or sign up to the newsletter. When you place an order for products or services. Your first name, surname and email address is used to contact you to provide the goods and services you requested, or news, updates, and offers through the newsletter, usually by email. Your information is retained for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for any external marketing purposes.

Who we share your data with
WooCommerce: Is the shopping cart on tinacornish.co.za. It collects information on tinacornish.co.za about you during the checkout process the store. It tracks:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
When you purchase from this site, you provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
- Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for XXX years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Akismet: Collects information about visitors who comment on this site. Akismet is an anti-spam service. The information we collect is typically the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators (who is Tina Cornish), is the only one who can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. If you decide to no longer be a client and request your private offline client file to be deleted, their is no way of retrieving. If you wish to return as a client, you will have to complete the form again on return.

I take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever I collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to me in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While this site uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, I also protect your information offline. I, Tina Cornish, am the only one who has access to your personally identifiable information. The computer in which I store personally identifiable information is kept in a secure environment.
